Songs Of The Night: 07/12/18 Two for Thursday

Hey J360 Legion

I know you didn’t get an entry for Wednesday night so Let’s take it up from the top as we have some new material coming in from the J360 Playlist for a pretty big entry tonight.  A musician I know named Maya released a new EP called “Machine on Heels.”

So as to give her  due respect and provide some excellent songs for you to enjoy. We’re going to listen to two songs from the new EP right now.

Our first song is called “Breaking The Levels.”

Next track is called “Catwalk”

This lady has a distinctive style in her rhythm and the entire EP is enjoyable from start to finish especially for it’s summer feels and sci-fi vibe. Would you believe that this is only the tip of what she’s done over the course of her passion as she has four other albums you should look into sometime.

If you would like to support her and listen to more of her music, feel free to check out her Bandcamp here.

Our first track of the evening  is called “Atom & E.E.V” by Scandroid.

Songs Of The Day: 05/04/17 Two For Thursday

Hey J360 Legion

May the 4th be with you all, and happy Star Wars day. I hope you all been using the force to help guide you through different circumstances this week.  It is an essential ally according to Yoda but if it is misused or abused in any way you’ll go through levels of pain, and suffering. So just be careful on what you use it for.

Right now I’m going to use my part to share two or three epic songs to achieve two things…

1) Support the artists/composers who need an audience.

2) Provide added strength or motivation we’ll need to succeed.

Our first track is The Force Awakens theme remixed by Quixotic

Personally I hope to hear more Star Wars songs remixed wth a bit of Synthwave, it just spells success to me.

Our next track is called “Darkest Night ” by The Van Dammage.

I hope to hear more out of this group, and the vocals are outstanding…sure it’s about problems in love but the grooves resonate well with the story being told.

The 3rd Track is called “Synth City” by Synthatiger.

This song from Synthatiger is taken from their latest EP called “TurboDrive” which is an album that no one should miss out on, especially if you love Synthwave.

If you love the sounds from each of the artists/composers’ presentations today feel free to check out their Soundcloud pages via the links below.

  1. Quixotic
  2. The Van Dammage
  3. Synthatiger

Don’t just let this day pass you by, get out there and pull through the grind to make incredible things happen for you.  You all have every chance and right to succeed in the things you want to do.  Make the moves and play the game the way you need to in order to make your ideas come together.  Let’s pull a win!

Songs Of The Day: 03/16/17 Two for Thursday

Hey J360 Legion

“Happy Stone Cold Day, If you’re about Stone Cold Steve Austin and the Attitude era.”

“Give me a hell yeah!”

Heh I had to do that for a little bit after all it is 3/16 and it is also Thursday so that means we’re going to have double the fun like we did yesterday regarding the morning playlist.  It’s time to make things happen again and take advantage of the adventure ahead.   While we usually share two songs from multiple artists for this entry. Today we’re focusing the spotlight on two tracks from one composer.  His name is Simon Jones and He’s created some great material over the years I think you’ll love.  So buckle up we’re blasting off into the Synthwave sub-genre called Space Rock.

The first track is called “White Space” by Simon Jones Music.

Since we’re currently in orbit we’re going to venture through the galaxy with a 2nd track from Mr Jones before we have to return to the grind.

The 2nd track is called “Rush into the Red” by Simon Jones Music.

Actually why stop at two tracks since we have to return to Earth?

Why not listen to another track to bring some additional excitement to our day?

The third track is called “Elements” by Simon Jones Music.

If you love the sounds from Simon Jones, feel free to check out his Soundcloud page here.

Remember only you can make the changes necessary to make your dreams into reality.  Nothing can stop you in your motivation or elevation but your thoughts and the best music we can hear each morning or so can inspire us to take chances and create great material.  Everything you do is all about planning and drive, sure you’ll stumble along the way but if you maintain, you’ll eventually find your stable ground and make a difference. Everything you do will be leading to a great end result so never doubt yourself as you go to the grind, embrace and fight on.

Songs Of The Day: 02/02/17 Two for Thursday

Hey J360 Legion

Happy Groundhog’s Day, and whether or not our furry friend sees his shadow today, we cannot forget our real goal on what time it is.

It is time to make a double impact of success to happen again, if you’ve been going through something this whole week due to different circumstances then you’re definitely going to need the musical influences today.  We’re in a tough time lately with what’s going on in society but you should never let these things put a stop to your movement.  We can all achieve greatness if we’re willing to let go of the things holding us back. Moving on can be an essential if difficult thing to do but you’ll know the feeling when it comes to you.   Never hesitate to act onto your instincts (esp. if it is the first one) in how your run your life.  Now looking back into the playlist, I’m sure we have two great tracks to cover the ideals of rise and grind.

The 1st song is called “Singularity” by Hi-Fi 83.

The 2nd song is called “City Speak” by  Overdrive.

If you love the music created by both Hi-Fi 83, and Overdrive, please check out their Soundcloud pages provided in the links below.

We have to keep writing our future by what we do in the present, and not by what follows us in the past.  Sure we all have something in our past that we’d love to forget but in the end we have to gain strength in lessons from it so that we can become stronger in the present.  We’ve much to take care of and handle now so we can have brighter days in our horizons and it can be done.  We all just have to be better than we were, and challenge ourselves every day.   Let’s make this Thursday count and never give up otherwise you’ll be stuck in a vicious loop like Bill Murray was in that movie.
