An Ode to Hue Jackson, the legendary coach of the Browns.
He defined “Play like a Brown” in many respects, and neither of them were good.
He almost destroyed one quarterback who left for Green Bay, and earned the ire and wrath of another QB who still hates him to this day. From his excuses during press conferences to bumbling on the field and protection from Haslem. Hue Jackson wasn’t just a spectacle, he was THE Spectacle.
Jackson being the visionary he is brought forth a dominant and powerful style to his playbook. He managed to lead the Browns to 3-36-1 for two and a half seasons. The worst record a head coach achieved presiding over one team in NFL History.
Eventually he parted ways to go back to his old home Cincinnati under the last tenure of Marvin Lewis. It was for the best as the Browns had a more successful season (this year) under Gregg Williams. However more fire and fury would come after Jackson as Marvin Lewis was fired from the Bengals. Jackson, himself isn’t expected to return either. The Browns have to look to the future under the direction of Freddie Kitchens.
So as we look back on this season, let us think of a man who could play like a Brown.💩💩
J-Man returns on Labor Day to discuss the deep meaning of the holiday, and why modern America doesn’t care about it. He also discusses what’s been happening during his weekend, and addresses a problem with the “human” race.
This week J discusses day job idiocy, reviews Shenmue I and II, a complete gaming experience, and why this Double Special was late, and steps up to the fact that this is a special built upon another special to give the J360 Legion a special.
